Features​

AI KYB Company Reviewer​

  • Added fraud prevention automations
  • If AML findings are detected but no AI Reviewer rules are configured to handle them, the system will block company acceptance even if all other rules have passed
  • Added informational tooltips and messages to improve feedback clarity — explaining why rules failed, why a company was flagged, and more

SMS Verification​

SMS verification support has been expanded to new regions:

  • Australia and New Zealand now support SMS verification
  • If the system fails to deliver an SMS, a voice call will be made automatically as a fallback

Watermarks on PDF Files​

  • Added an option to upload a custom watermark, automatically applied at a default opacity of 15% to the end user's primary identity photos (face, document front, document back) in Verification PDFs

Settings​

Automatic Country and Document Detection​

A new setting has been added:

  • Skips the manual country and document selection step — information is detected automatically
  • Users are shown the detected country and a list of accepted documents
  • If auto-detection cannot confidently identify the document, the user is prompted to make a manual selection

API​

  • Added a new endpoint to retrieve a list of all scanRef values by clientID
